I joined Hitachi Europe as a Senior Researcher in August 2013. I am part of the Quantum Information Processing team. Previously I worked as a technical consultant for Cambridge Consultants Ltd. In 2009, I received a PhD in nanometre-scale physics from the Cavendish Laboratory, University of Cambridge. I studied silicon single electron devices for quantum computing applications at the Microelectronics Research Centre.
Recent Research projects
My current research focusses on CMOS compatible single electron devices as part of the European Collaboration Project TOLOP (Towards Low Power ICT).
